Coltharp, Incorporated is a York County, SC based and family-owned company.  We have been serving residents and contractors in the Carolinas since Grandpa and Great-Grandpa were hauling wood to Fort Mill Manufacturing Company, now known as Springs Industries.  We’ve been here to serve you for a LONG time, and plan to continue serving individuals, contractors and land developers for a long time to come, providing the same great customer service we’ve always provided.

Services

Grading -- We are licensed by the State of South Carolina as a Grading, Water and Sewer Line Contractor.  We have performed projects for both private and governmental agencies.

Demolition -- We have performed numerous demolition projects for both private and government customers including Fort Mill Church of God, Glenrock Baptist Church, Town of Fort Mill, and Catawba Regional Council of Government. 

Hauling -- We own and operate a fleet of dump  trucks to deliver aggregates, dirt and demolition  debris.  We also providing equipment-moving by operating a 55-ton lowboy and tractor.

Dirt -- We own and operate a SC and NC Department of Transportation approved borrow pit.  Our materials have been utilized by contractors on numerous road construction and building sites such as:  Fort Mill Parkway, Highway 274 widening, and Toyota of Rock Hill.

Use of Landfill

We own and operate a SC Department of Health and Environmental Control approved construction debris landfill.  We accept dirt, brick, mortar, lumber, glass, floor covering, insulation, structural steel, plastics, sheetrock, structural fabrics, pipes, shingles and roof materials.  Tipping fees are $30.00 per ton.
